Hugos received yet another award over the weekend at the Sydney Good Food and Wine Show taking home “Best Signature Pasta Dish” and “ Best Pizza” in NSW.
Head chefs Jacinta and Monica Cannataci will now go into battle with ten other pizza and pasta experts from around Australia at the National Finals in September, hosted in Melbourne.
