Big West Festival 2007
Big West is an arts and cultural festival held every 2 years. This year Big West is on from 23 November – 2 December 2007. Big West caters for all age groups and interests and throughout the festival you will find performances and activities to provide you with a fun filled and entertaining week. Many activities are free!
Look forward to seeing and hearing everything from cabaret, multicultural events, film, music, puppets, theatre, visual arts, poetry, art installations and mixed media exhibitions, as well as all the fun of the fair at Braybrook’s Big Day Out. Big West is designed to reflect a contemporary view of the western region of Melbourne. It presents, produces, commissions and auspices programs across all art-forms, and across all sectors of professional practice, and community and cultural development.
Big West is an independent, not-for-profit organisation supported by Maribyrnong City Council, state and federal government agencies, philanthropic trusts and private sponsorship.
